New Zealand Restoration Services Ltd (NZRS) was formed by company directors Michael Parton and Tom Jeffrey in 2016 out of a desire to provide a national network of professional industry technicians providing restoration, cleaning, and decontamination and pest control services. We have 25+ years combined industry experience and knowledge enabling us to manage common projects through to unique projects requiring specialised experience.
The unique range of services we provide to our customers enables us to be considered as a one-stop shop in the property restoration industry. The ability to manage multiple projects on one property through these services saves time and the frustration caused for our customers when dealing with multiple organisations and contractors.
As we offer fixed quotes for all of our services; this means no unexpected or hidden costs down the track once the restoration project has commenced. We provide thorough pre-inspection, surveying, and testing, allowing us to provide accurate estimates for a completed project from start to finish, and if there are any unexpected or additional costs along the way those are covered by us. That’s our promise.
We adhere to WorkSafe codes of practice, Ministry of Health guidelines and to IICRC,CCANZ, and RIA standards. We renew and maintain these certifications as required. Our up to date training and complying with industry practices is a mainstay of our business and a requirement for all of our staff.
We ensure our staff are correctly trained in all of our services via the authorities and organisations that set the guidelines, standards, and regulations in place.
