How it Works
The devastating effects that a fire can cause to a structure is often unknown until a full assessment has been conducted. The purpose of fire restoration is to minimize further loss safely, quickly and to restore the property to how it was prior.
Once the fire has been put out by emergency services; fire, heat and water damage are left in the aftermath including thick soot and smoke residues.
At NZRS our staff are qualified IICRC Fire and Smoke Damage technicians, this ensures they use the correct restoration techniques to assess, plan and remove smoke and fire residues.
All our fire restoration and clean-up services are completed to approved international standards. We provide this information to owners and insurers in combination with a restoration plan that outlines the appropriate cleaning methods.
In some cases, there may be asbestos containing materials that have been damaged by the fire or remain within the structure. We are asbestos removal experts and follow the correct procedures to ensure your property is restored safely if containing asbestos.
NZRS give you peace of mind that the building and salvable contents are properly and safely restored.
